Licence and reuse

Original works by Timothy Evan Davies (El Timbo) in this archive are shared under the existing Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivs 2.0 UK: England & Wales licence, except where an individual credit or notice says otherwise. The family has confirmed ownership and the third-party permissions for publication in this archive.

Sharing a work

You may copy and share covered works in any medium for non-commercial purposes. Credit El Timbo and any other named creators, include the work’s title and source link, link to the licence, and retain existing attribution and licence notices. Do not imply endorsement.

Keep the work unmodified: this licence does not grant rights to create adaptations. Do not impose additional legal conditions or technical restrictions on the sharing the licence permits. For adaptation, commercial use or another use outside the licence, ask the archive about permission.

Attribution example

“[Work title]” — Timothy Evan Davies (El Timbo), Mount Bermo Timbo archive, [link to the work], CC BY-NC-ND 2.0 UK. Include any additional credits supplied with that work.

Scope and other rights

Permission to display third-party material here does not necessarily include permission for visitors to reuse it. Check its individual credit; contact the archive if its status is unclear. Third-party logos, software and separately credited material are not automatically covered by the archive licence.

Copyright exceptions and public-domain freedoms remain unaffected. Privacy, publicity and moral rights may still apply. No warranty of suitability for a particular reuse is given.

This is a practical summary, not a replacement for the complete legal terms. Creative Commons provides the licence; it does not endorse this website. The archive retains version 2.0 UK and has not changed existing works to a different licence version.
